Sell Your Wares At The Faire

Outland Gate Renaissance Faire is building a permanent village on 150 acres of forest and wetland in Harcourt, New Brunswick. Our inaugural event will be an intimate, carefully curated experience for several hundred guests, and we want vendors who are excited to be part of it from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome vendors whose products and presentation complement the Renaissance faire atmosphere. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Artisans & Crafters: leatherwork, jewelry, woodworking, pottery, blacksmithing, textiles, and other handcrafted goods.
  • Food & Drink: period-inspired fare, baked goods, smoked meats, mead, cider, and other refreshments.
  • Costumes & Accessories: garb, armor, crowns, cloaks, and accessories for guests looking to dress the part.
  • Entertainment & Experiences: fortune telling, face painting, games, interactive performances, and demonstrations.
  • Local Businesses: regional products and services that align with the spirit of the event.
The Aesthetic

We ask all vendors to work with us on maintaining a medieval atmosphere. This doesn’t mean everything needs to be historically accurate, but booths, signage, and presentation should feel at home in a Renaissance village.

We’ll work with you on period-appropriate booth naming, signage, and setup guidance. If you’ve never done a Renaissance faire before, that’s perfectly fine. We’re happy to help you get started.

Booth Details

Vendor booths are situated within the village grounds, with placement designed to create a natural flow for guests. Each booth includes:

  • A designated space within the village layout.
  • Access to the event for the full day.
  • Listing on the vendor page and event map.
  • Social media mention before the event.

Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, tables, and displays. We encourage creativity. The more immersive your booth, the better the experience for everyone.
