As a reminder, we are located at 7595 RTE 126, Harcourt.

Apple Maps struggles with this address, but Google Maps is fine.

For landmarks, the address numbers go up as you approach from Moncton, or down as you approach from Harcourt proper. We are located on the side opposite the train tracks.

Harcourt has a gas station, and is 3 minutes after us when coming from Moncton.

We have a 3′ tall orange painted post on one side of our driveway, and a telephone pole on the other side.

We will also be setting up additional decor at the entrance to make it easier to spot.

We do have on-site parking. The space is still fresh, with limited grass, so we are closely monitoring the weather as we approach the event. Water on the field may make for a challenging parking environment, and we don’t want to lose thy carriage to the muddy depths 😀

The approach to our site is Highway 126. This is a single lane each way, and our entrance is a standard rural entrance, so we expect that peak arrival and departure times may be a bit slow.

PLEASE do not block our neighbors’ driveways if you have to stop on the highway. We love our neighbors, and want them to keep thinking pleasant things of us 💙

When parking, please try to keep your spacing tight. We haven’t fully tested the parking lot yet, and would prefer to not have to divert anyone to the backup parking space on the property, as it’s approximately another 250′ out from the back of our main parking (another minute of walking).

This is our first year operating this parking space, and we fully expect this to be one of the more challenging aspects of our event.

We ask that you please be patient as our team works to get you in and out safely.

You do not have to rush to arrive early, or be at the event all day, so don’t feel pressured that you might miss something.

Other than the gate open / close ceremony, our daytime schedule only has one item in the early afternoon that runs once. Every other entertainer and demonstration will run multiple times through the day.

We are running a little behind, but will have the full map and schedule posted in several places through the site, and at our info booth.

We have worked to provide a network for our vendors to be able to use their payment terminals. We still strongly recommend that you carry some cash with you, as some vendors do not accept debit / credit, and we cannot guarantee that the payment network will stay online.

As well, our performers may accept tips, and cash is king when it comes to that. Please be sure to have a few gold coins to toss in their hats!

There is no ATM on site, and cell service may be unreliable or non-existent.

As a reminder, we will be providing bottled water for free, so don’t worry about being thirsty!

We are excited to announce Fusion Express as our food truck this year. They have an excellent menu, and we’re happy to have them out. Please support them, and grab something delicious sometime during your visit!

If you have specific dietary needs, feel free to bring your own food. You can leave it in your car, and not have to lug it around all day, as you are able to enter and leave as many times as needed.

This year, we were unable to secure the required licensing to provide alcohol. However, we are excited to have a vendor with us providing mocktails, and hot drinks in the evening hours as well. We’ll announce them properly very soon!

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED.

Seating on site is limited, so we strongly recommend bringing a camp chair or blanket to rest your weary legs between adventures. You’ll be glad to have it for performances and when you stop to enjoy your food!

We suggest writing a name and phone number somewhere on your chair, so we can contact you if you leave it behind by accident.

We will have some lighting for the evening, but if you have a flashlight handy, we suggest you bring it to make your journey back to your car smoother after dark.

We’re happy to have the support of the Beersville-Harcourt Fire Department, who will be on site during the event, providing both medic services and fire supervision as needed, with additional support from the Service d’incendie Saint-Paul Fire Department.

The members we’ve met so far have been great to chat with, and we strongly appreciate their presence at the faire!
