Event Tickets & Parking Passes
All ticket and parking pass sales are final. Outland Gate Faire is a rain-or-shine event and no refunds will be issued due to weather, personal circumstances, or any other reason. In the event that Outland Gate Faire cancels the event entirely, all ticket and parking pass holders will receive a full refund.
Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
BEWARE OF SCAMS
Tickets are sold only though the methods listed on our website: https://OutlandGateFaire.ca/tickets
We cannot verify or honor tickets obtained through any other source, other than through an approved transfer.
Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting us at merchant@outlandgatefaire.ca. The original purchaser must initiate the transfer. Tickets may not be resold above face value. If scalping, scams, or unauthorized resale are detected, we reserve the right to invalidate the tickets without refund.
Outland Gate Faire reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed disorderly or unsafe, without refund or compensation.
Guests wearing costumes that clearly break theme will be asked to change or remove them before entering. Those who refuse may be denied entry and refunded. This helps to ensure the Faire remains an immersive experience for everyone.
Build The Faire Contributions
Purchases of fence boards, path stewardship, and other village infrastructure items are non-refundable, including if the event is cancelled. These are custom products made to order. Your name is laser engraved and permanently installed in the village as described at the time of purchase.
If the finished product does not match the information you provided at the time of purchase, contact us and we will correct it at no cost.
Build The Faire installations are permanent outdoor features and are subject to natural wear and weathering over time. We do not guarantee the condition of installations indefinitely. Your name will also be listed on our website for as long as we maintain it, barring technical difficulty.
Merchandise & Pins
Merchandise sales, including pre-orders, are final. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will replace it or issue a full refund at our discretion and will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. If a pre-ordered item cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Merchandise is custom ordered and cannot be exchanged. Ticket exchanges or upgrades are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How Refunds Are Processed
Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, plus additional time for your bank or credit card company to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
